Refund policy

How refunds are handled for strategy, design, and development engagements.

This policy is designed to make project conversations more transparent before commercial terms are finalized in a proposal or contract.

Discovery and consultation work

Fees paid for discovery workshops, consultations, audits, or planning sessions are generally non-refundable once the session has been delivered or the work has started.

Project deposits

Initial deposits reserve delivery time and allow planning or execution to begin. Once project work has started, deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Milestone billing

For milestone-based projects, refund eligibility is assessed against the completed work, approvals already given, and any effort already invested by the team up to that point.

Scope changes and cancellations

If a project is paused, cancelled, or materially changed, payments already applied to completed work, research, design, or development activity are not refundable. Remaining unpaid work will simply not be invoiced.

Exceptional cases

If there is a duplicate payment, clear billing mistake, or a written agreement that specifies a refundable stage, we will review the case and process the appropriate adjustment.
